Here is the letter sent to Secretary of Interior Bernhardt from the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies requesting changes to address the fiscal impact on states from federal requirements, including reducing the required matching funds.  LWCF was included to be reduced from 50% to 25% for a period of 6 years.. fyi..
