NASORLO Snapshot Survey – LWCF Needs, Infrastructure and Urban/Metro uses
NASORLO just completed a quick survey of key states to determine the views on the demand for, matching funds available, use of LWCF for infrastructure and assessing overall state park and urban needs. The quick results are:
LWCF could double from FY 17 levels and matching funds would be available
Infrastructure projects make up nearly 3/4 of all projects
Urban, State Park and Local needs seems to be about the same, however if funds were increased a majority said State Parks projects would benefit to a greater degree.
