The attached is the latest draft of the proposed agenda for the 2013 NASORLO Annual Meeting in Dubuque, IA, September 2-4, 2013. This meeting is being held so that NASORLO and NASPD can interface on key policy and advocacy issues related to the LWCF and to save travel funds for some of the members. The Iowa DNR has worked closely with NASORLO to produce an excellent program that allows participants to set an agenda for the reauthorization of LWCF, discuss the provide information on the GIS program to list and identify all LWCF protected sites, conduct the election of new officers and Board members, plus experience all the out of doors options possible along the mighty Mississippi River.

This year’s conference is going to be full of inspiring activity! While enjoying the view of the Mississippi River, you will have a full day and a half to focus on important business and meet with colleagues. The final day of the conference will be spent experiencing the diversity of Northeast Iowa and getting your hands dirty developing a new park in celebration of America’s State Trees.
